Sam is a Client Company Secretary working in Oakbridge’s funds team.

With over three years of experience in the finance sector, Sam is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and legal provisions including the maintenance of various statutory records.

Prior to joining Oakbridge, Sam was a Company Secretary at Apex Fund and Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited, where Sam’s responsibilities saw her working with a number of Europe’s largest Private Equity managers, various complex corporate structures and regulated entities.

Sam is an experienced corporate governance professional having previously trained a team of Company Secretarial professionals.
