Oakbridge is an independent, owner managed business providing corporate and fund administration, accounting and management services to a varied and international client group from our base in Jersey.
We were established over a decade ago to deliver an in-house service to our founding group. Our focus was then and is now on quality of output, responsiveness and a willingness to work until our clients’ deadlines are met. We believe that approach, combined with a commitment to fee transparency and stability, is key to developing long lasting relationships with those clients.
Our team is highly skilled, carefully selected and the foundation of our ability to deliver an excellent level of service to clients over the long term. They are powered by best-in-class systems and infrastructure.
We have a blend of experience from accounting, administration, company secretarial, finance, legal and governance backgrounds in the real estate, private equity, venture capital, debt and other alternative sectors so are well equipped to provide a broad range of expertise as required by our clients.

We provide managers with a tailored outsourced solution. Taking care of the middle and back office adminstration functions, we support funds from launch right through their lifecycle.
Our private equity fund administration team has more than 50 years of combined experience in the sector and specialist knowledge spanning buyout, growth, fund of funds and secondary strategies.
