Overview

Sharon joined Oakbridge in September 2024 as an Associate Director, having previously held the same role with CSC Jersey (formerly Intertrust Group) and Vistra (Jersey) Limited, where she was appointed to the boards of various regulated entities.

Sharon specialises in the establishment and management of simple and complex corporate and, where required, trust structures for both institutional and private clients. With over 20 years’ experience in the offshore finance industry, Sharon has supported family offices and global corporate clients, including clients with exposure to investment portfolios, residential and commercial property and private equity ownership.

Sharon is qualified with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
