Overview

Charlotte is a Manager in the Oakbridge funds team. She has 10 years’ experience in the finance industry and is responsible for the management of a fund administration team to ensure the best client service.

Prior to joining Oakbridge, Charlotte was a Manager at Vistra Fund Services, where she was the day-to-day lead and responsible for deliverables for multiple fund structures with investment strategies in the Real Estate, PE and VC space. Prior to Vistra, Charlotte held a company secretarial role for a well-known local retail bank, where she was secretary for a variety of internal committees and companies.

Charlotte is experienced in the administration of structures that hold real estate and alternative assets, in particular Jersey Private and Expert Funds with Jersey, UK, Luxembourg and Singapore SPVs.
