Overview

Matthew is a Senior Manager at Oakbridge, overseeing the establishment and ongoing administration of simple and complex corporate structures with a focus on Real Assets, for both institutional and private clients.

Matthew has over 12 years of experience in the finance industry, previously holding roles at large corporate and fund service providers, primarily with a focus on Real Assets and Fund Administration.

Areas of experience and expertise include the establishment and administration of regulated and unregulated joint venture and multi-investor structures holding underlying real asset investments. Matthew has experience working with a range of different clients, from large institutional investors to small private clients or first-time fund managers.

 Matthew graduated in 2014 from the University of Plymouth with a BA Honours in Financial Services.

 Matthew qualified as a Chartered Secretary/Governance Professional in 2019 and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI).
