Overview

Jonathan is a Manager and one of the founding members of Oakbridge’s funds business.

As a Manager, Jonathan is responsible for overseeing relationships with Oakbridge’s funds clients on a daily basis. He typically engages with clients during the early, exploratory stages of the relationship, working with them to define the optimum approach and their exact requirements. He works with legal and other advisors to establish client structures, coordinating regulatory approval where required. Jonathan is then the primary point of contact once the fund goes live, managing drawdowns and distributions, coordinating underlying investments and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Prior to joining Oakbridge, Jonathan was an Assistant Manager at Apex Fund and Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited where he was the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 5 clients, including one of Apex’s largest and most prestigious clients, and their funds of which some were fully regulated. Jonathan and his team of administrators were responsible for the provision of comprehensive fund administration for these clients.
