Overview

Daniel is a Director in the Oakbridge Corporate Services division.

Daniel has 25 years’ experience in the finance industry. Areas of experience and expertise include the establishment and administration of joint venture and multi-investor structures holding underlying real estate and private equity assets. Daniel has experience working with a large range of different clients from listed global corporates to sovereign wealth funds to large family office clients through to privately held structures for entrepreneurial clients looking to grow their businesses.

Daniel leads a team taking clients through the full investment cycle including establishing the required structure, acquiring the target asset, ongoing administration and financing of the structure during its lifetime and where required the eventual exit/sale of the business and distribution of returns to investors.
