Overview

Graham is a board director of Oakbridge Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited.

With particular expertise in the structuring of real estate, Graham leads a team taking clients through the full development cycle of high-rise, multi-unit real estate that is predominantly based in prime locations across the UK. Starting with the setting up of structures, Graham’s team will become involved in the structuring of deals, complex financing arrangements, bespoke financial reporting, liaising with and co-ordinating several parties including councils, planning committees and contractors, and eventually seeing finished developments through the process of sale or leasing units.

Graham is experienced in the provision of corporate services including staff incentive schemes such as employee benefit trusts, and assisting clients that range in size from entrepreneurs to listed businesses with their corporate governance.

• Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Edinburgh Napier University
