Overview

James is an Assistant Manager at Oakbridge, supporting the management of a diverse portfolio of real estate and private equity structures. With experience in corporate administration and client relationship management, he oversees complex client entities, coordinating transactions, maintaining statutory records, and supporting multi-jurisdictional funding arrangements.

His clients include private investors, joint ventures, and institutional groups with exposure to investment portfolios, residential and commercial property, and private equity ownership. James is committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance across all Jersey-based structures he administers.

Prior to joining Oakbridge, James worked as an Assistant Manager at Moore Stephens where he was responsible for a team looking after a portfolio of clients, consisting of Real Estate, Private Equity, Pensions and Private Client Structures. James worked as the primary point of contact for these clients to ensure excellent client service.
