Overview

Jody is a Senior Manager at Oakbridge, managing a portfolio of structures with a focus on real estate developments. Jody’s clients include an array of single, joint and multi investors, small to medium enterprises and large listed businesses, all with interests in UK real estate.

Jody’s responsibilities include managing the liquidity, capital and income requirements of structures and developments as well as maintaining banking services for clients. This involves monitoring interest and capital schedules and ensuring that drawdowns are met through the lifecycle of developments. This is especially useful for larger developments and those with complex bespoke financing in place from real estate debt funds, private equity and JV’s.

Jody ensures that the SPV’s and partnerships that she administers meet the high quality governance and regulatory expectations associated with Jersey based structures.

Jody featured in the prestigious PAM Insight’s ePrivateclient Channel Islands 35 under 35 list for 2022.
