Overview

Robin is Managing Director of Oakbridge Fund Services (Jersey) Limited and is a co-founder of the Oakbridge Funds business.

Robin has been working in the financial services industry for over 13 years and is responsible for the overall growth, management and development of the funds business.

Robin specialises in working with clients across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate and other alternative assets. Robin’s experience and market knowledge is invaluable, helping to support clients in order to achieve their goals. Robin is appointed to a number of general partner, company and special purpose vehicle boards across a range of investment strategies

Prior to joining Oakbridge, Robin was a Senior Client Director at Apex Fund and Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited and specialised in the structuring and ongoing management of alternative investment funds and was appointed to the boards of these alternative investment funds.

Prior to that Robin was a director of the fund administration business of Kleinwort Benson Private Bank where he was an operational lead for the day-to-day operation of the Fund Administration Department. During this time Robin gained extensive experience in private equity, real estate, fund of funds, debt, venture capital, hedge and other alternative investment fund structures and served on a number of fund boards of which some were stock exchange listed.
