Overview

Tom is a Board Director of Oakbridge Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited and is responsible for overseeing the financial stability of our business.

In his role Tom also oversees the financial reporting requirements for a number of our corporate clients.
Tom is heavily involved in the operational management of our sole owner, the ED Group, an investment business primarily operating in the real estate, technology and infrastructure sectors. This sees Tom leading contract negotiations on behalf of clients, co-ordinating project management and people across multiple jurisdictions and premises. Tom leads and co-ordinates administration and financial reporting of over 150 entities across Jersey, UK, Caribbean, Europe and USA.

Tom is Oakbridge’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer, as well as Deputy Compliance Officer and Deputy Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer.
