Oakbridge along with Carey Olsen have assisted the special situations private equity investor Sullivan Street Partners with its development capital investment into Wave Group, the UK based inland surf park operator.
Facilitating the set-up of the LP Oakbridge will provide ongoing fund administration services.
The Oakbridge team was led by Oakbridge’s Director Alex Smyth, who also acts as a Director of Wave Jersey LP’s General Partner and was assisted by Oakbridge Manager Jonathan Crawford.

Founded in 2010, Sullivan Street is a London-based buyout firm that focuses on complex situations in the lower mid-market.
